Here's a few Q&A about Linebreak compression gear:

Can I wear LineBreak when I'm swimming?

Yes. LineBreak is UV rated 30+ for sun protection and is unaffected by chlorine or salt water. The proprioceptive qualities of LineBreak tops in particular assist swimmers in gauging their stroke technique and offer support for arms, shoulders and torso when recovering from injury.

Are LineBreak products suitable for cycling?

Most definitely. LineBreak compression tops fit close to the body to transport sweat away from the body so your skin stays dry. In hot conditions, this results in a cooling effect as the moisture evaporates around you. In the cold, your skin will stay dry and any sweat will quickly dissipate so your undershirt offers warmth by being a dry next to skin layer. LineBreak compression tights are ideal for recovery from riding – see 'When should I wear my LineBreak tights?' for more detail. It is not recommended for them to be worn during a ride as they do not have a chamois however if you do want to support your legs whilst training, we suggest you wear a pair of cycling knicks beneath your tights.

When should I wear my LineBreak tights?

LineBreak compression tights offer support to working muscles by reducing the severity of muscle oscilation and muscle fibre breakdown. Compression also promotes better circulation of re-oxygenated blood to working muscles and facilitates improved removal of chemical bi-products such as lactic acid. This means you will benefit from using LineBreak tights during a training session by reducing the level of muscular damage and improving your training output. After training or playing, LineBreak compression tights should be worn for two to three hours whilst you recover. The improved circulation will increase your level and speed of recovery.

Will LineBreak products lose their shape over time and if so, how long?

LineBreak garments do not lose their shape due to the materials and design. We know of five year old LineBreak products that are delivering the same compression levels as when they were new.
